With the use of PDFfiller I am able to generate a number of documents in a short amount of time. The tools and functionality of the platform are extremely easy to navigate.

I can't say that I have any concerns with PDFfiller. Using PDFfiller is definitely the easiest part of my day and that's great because the documents that I am able to generate are essential to my business.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Filling out forms has been so easy, best part is that I can edit and save in Adobe or PDF form. This site is great and inexpensive.

What is the difference between a cure notice and a show cause notice far?
A show cause notice is appropriate when the contractor would not have the 10 days to “cure” the problem. A cure notice is required when you are planning to T4D because the contractor will not be able to meet delivery, and you want to T4D before the delivery date, or they are not meeting the provisions in the contract.
What is a cure notice far?
A cure notice identifies a deficiency in a contractor's performance that the Government considers endangering performance of the contract, and warns the contractor that the contract may be terminated for default if the problem is not cured or addressed, within a specified time period. See generally FAR 49.607(a).
What is a cure notice?
A cure notice is used if the contractor fails to make progress or fails to perform any other provision of the contract. There must be sufficient time remaining in the contract performance period for the contractor to cure or fix the deficiency within ten days or within the period specified by the CO.
How do you respond to a cure notice?
Address the issues discussed in the cure notice. Address the contractual issues that are out of your control. Show a plan of action to hat addresses how you will meet the contract terms and conditions.
What is opportunity to cure?
An “opportunity to cure” contract provision requires the dissatisfied client to give you the chance to fix any problems before terminating the contract or suing you. By talking about the issues, you can resolve disputes and avoid lawsuits.
What is a letter of concern in government contracting?

A letter of concern is a step before a cure letter, saying there are problems with the system, but it's not as bad as a cure letter.
