Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Where does the corporate seal go on a document?
On some documents, especially diplomas and transcripts, the embossed seal is placed near the bottom right-hand corner.
When would you use a corporate seal?
Documents which need to be executed as deeds (as opposed to simple contracts), may be executed under the company's common seal. Certain corporate documents, for example share certificates are often issued under the company seal.
What are corporate seals used for?
The company seal is a tool used to stamp or emboss your company's important documents in order to show the document is certified by, and agreed upon by, the Board of Directors of the company. The company seal contains the company's name, its year of incorporation and the state in which the company was filed.
Do I have to have a corporate seal?
State Seal Laws In states such as New York and California, you do not need corporate seals. For instance, California statutes give corporations the authority to use and adopt corporate seals, but having a seal has no effect on the validity of any documents or instruments.
Does an LLC have a corporate seal?
The corporate seal is a traditional instrument associated with the operation of corporations and LCS. While a seal was once a legal requirement, the requirement has faded domestically to the point that you may not even need one, depending on what state you incorporated in.
How do I get a corporate seal?
Register your corporation with the state. Corporations are governed by the state, not federally. Head to a local office supply store. Design your corporate seal. Choose the embosser. Purchase the corporate seal.
How does a corporate seal work?
