I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!

I'm computer illiterate and even I could easily use this It saved me time and money, thank you :) Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Documents which need to be executed as deeds (as opposed to simple contracts), may be executed under the company's common seal. Certain corporate documents, for example share certificates are often issued under the company seal.
The company seal is a tool used to stamp or emboss your company's important documents in order to show the document is certified by, and agreed upon by, the Board of Directors of the company. The company seal contains the company's name, its year of incorporation and the state in which the company was filed.
Register your corporation with the state. Corporations are governed by the state, not federally. Head to a local office supply store. Design your corporate seal. Choose the embosser. Purchase the corporate seal.
State Seal Laws In states such as New York and California, you do not need corporate seals. For instance, California statutes give corporations the authority to use and adopt corporate seals, but having a seal has no effect on the validity of any documents or instruments.
Do LCS need a corporate seal? Legal entities, including LCS, are not required to have corporate seals. However, it is highly recommended for “stamping” or “embossing” contracts and deeds.
Definition of Common Seal: It is the signature of the company to any document on which it is affixed and binds the company for all obligations undertaken in the document. In other words, Common Seal is the official signature of the company and each company shall have only one seal, on its incorporation.
On some documents, especially diplomas and transcripts, the embossed seal is placed near the bottom right-hand corner.
