The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. When I utilize many of the same forms multiple times it is very time saving to be able to go in make the necessary changes and print. This programs saves valuable work time, and keeps me organized.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

It gives me a lot of options to pdf editing
It gives me a lot of options to pdf works that I did not find somewhere else, and even when I cannot readily pay for the service, I was given a trial with no gimmicks attached

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.

How is warranty provision calculated?
Multiply your warranty claim percentage by the amount of your sales in the current year to calculate your warranty reserve liability for the current year. For example, if you generated $100,000 in sales for the current year, multiply $100,000 by 0.02.
What is warranty provision?
It arises when a company sells products which customers are entitled to return for repair or outright replacement. It is based on matching concept, which requires a company to estimate the expected warranty payable (also called warranty liability or provision for warranty expense) and record it at the time of sale.
Is warranty provision an asset?
A warranty on an asset is what you would be given by, say, the car manufacturer. The entry for increasing a provision is Dr the Profit or Loss account by the amount of the increase and Cr the Provision account. But note this! There is no mention of Cash in that entry.
Why should a company accrue warranty expense?
If the company can reasonably estimate the amount of warranty claims likely to arise under the policy, it should accrue an expense that reflects the cost of these anticipated claims. If the amount of warranty expense recorded is significant, expect the company's auditors to investigate it.
How do you record provision for warranty?
Accrue the warranty expense with a debit to the warranty expense account and a credit to the warranty liability account. As actual warranty claims are received, debit the warranty liability account and credit the inventory account for the cost of the replacement parts and products sent to customers.
What type of account is provision for warranty?
A liability account that reports the estimated amount that a company will have to spend to repair or replace a product during its warranty period. The liability amount is recorded at the time of the sale. (It is also the time when the expense is reported.)
When Should warranty expense be recorded?
A product warranty liability and warranty expense should be recorded at the time the product is sold, if it is probable that customers will be making claims under the warranty and the amount can be estimated.
