I discovered PDFfiller.com during a Google search. I wanted to fill in a job application professionally instead of hand written. How very nice of them to let me try it for free. I've tried other free services in this same manner and they were just too difficult to work with when I'm in a hurry. With this program, I clicked on the application, it downloaded, and I started filling in my info! No learning curve AT ALL.

What do you like best?
I love that I don't need to hurt my brain trying to learn how to complete a simple task on PDFfiller. Everything is right where I need it and very easy to use. All the functions I need are right at the top and do exactly what I would expect. I like that it is web based and that I can access save documents anywhere if I am not at my computer.
What do you dislike?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. I did some research before using this program and it fit my needs better than anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for anyone who does not have access to a employer issued PDF document editor. It has all the functions of their competitors however I find it much easier to use and navigate.

I don't have access to document signing software through my employer. So now I am able to create fillable PDFs, Sign and Date documents without having to print out and scan into my email. It makes tasks quick and easy.

I am able to create, share and store my resumes. It's so easy to use the online editor.

I loved how I could easily convert and edit my documents without hassle. And when I needed to cancel my subscription and i contacted customer support the response time was fast and resolved swiftly

I thought it was a bit difficult to get a form completed. All I wanted was a statement that I paid my neighbor for a dent in his car. I had to hunt for a form that would allow me to enter that statement.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

How do I approve vouchers in People soft?
Approve vouchers. Click the related links button on the Voucher Approval — Approval page, and then click the Remit Address link. Review the remit to vendor's address information. Review voucher line details for the selected voucher.
What is a voucher in PeopleS oft?
Voucher Life Cycle in PeopleS oft. A voucher is an internal document that is used to make a payment to an external entity, such as a vendor or service provider. Normally, you can create a voucher when you receive an invoice from the vendor, after the purchase order.
What is a voucher payable?
A voucher is a document used by a company's accounts payable department to gather and file all the supporting documents needed to approve the payment of a liability. Accounts payable are the short-term bills owed by companies to vendors and suppliers.
What is voucher build process in PeopleS oft?
The Voucher Build process controls the release of the vouchers based on the contract release date option that is specified for the PeopleS oft Payables business unit on the Payables Definition — Voucher Build page. The Voucher Build process selects contract data that is staged to the contract staging tables.
How do I use a check voucher?
Go to Navigation Panel > Expense > Check Voucher. Click Add New Check Voucher. A pop-up form will appear.

Create the vouchers. Run the Budget Processor Application Engine process (FSPKBDP3). Run the Matching process. Run the Document Tolerance Application Engine process (FS_DOC_TO). Run the Voucher Posting process. Close vouchers after the system completes the Voucher Posting process.
