Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

How must a 3-day notice be served?
The three-day notice to pay rent must be written, and it must include the following information: date the demand was served on the tenant(s) name(s) and address of tenant(s) a statement that the tenant owes rent and must pay it within three days or the landlord will file an eviction lawsuit with the court.
When can a 3-day notice be served?
The 3-day notice can be served as soon as the rent is past due. In other words wait until the tenant is late with the rent. If you have a written lease, you should consult with your lease to determine when he rent is due.
Can you serve a 3-day notice on a weekend?
Yes, it is legal for the landlord to serve a 3-day notice to pay or quit on a Saturday.
What happens after a 3-day notice is served?
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET A 3-DAY EVICTION NOTICE. If the tenant is unable to comply with the notice (either pay rent in full or move out), and the landlord later files an eviction, the tenant can expect to be served a summons and complaint for unlawful detained.
