Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

What is a 1040?
Form 1040 is used by U.S. taxpayers to file an annual income tax return.
What is a 1040 form for profit or loss from a business?
Use Schedule C (Form 1040) to report income or (loss) from a business you operated or a profession you practiced as a sole proprietor. An activity qualifies as a business if your primary purpose for engaging in the activity is for income or profit and you are involved in the activity with continuity and regularity.
What is 4a and 4b on 1040?
Line 4a shows your gross distributions, while Line 4b is the amount from line 4a that is taxable. If you are over 70.5 and used your IRA to make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD), the QCD amount would be shown on Line 4a, but not Line 4b.
What is line 4a on w4?
For line 4(a), you'll tally up all other taxable income not earned from jobs, including interest, dividends and retirement income. This will enable you to deduct the necessary tax out of your paycheck now so you don't have to pay it later.
