It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.

I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

What is input image?
The input element, having the “image” value in its type attribute, represents a graphical submit button, which is a regular image that when pressed, submits the form it belongs to. This can be useful, for example, to allow users to select an area of the image while submitting the form.
How do I insert an image into a fillable PDF?
Open up the Content Panel via Tools > Content Panel.
Using the 'Add a button' tool draw a button to the size the image field needs to be.
Double-click the button to enter into the button's properties.
Go to the Actions tab.
Next to Select Action choose 'Run a JavaScript'
Click Add.
