After I downloaded the program, I realized the price was going to be $19.99 a month. That seems pretty pricey. I am going to speak with finance and see what converter I can purchase. I am impressed with your application and customer service and will keep it in mind when making a decision.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.

What is DTC settlement?
DTC, the central securities' depository subsidiary of DCC, provides settlement services for virtually all broker-to-broker equity and listed corporate and municipal debt securities transactions in the U.S., as well as institutional trades, money market instruments and other financial obligations.
What does hold at DTC mean?
The DTC offers net settlement obligations at the end of each day from trading in equity, debt, and money market instruments. That means they deposit and hold securities at the DTC, which appear in the records of an issuer's stock as the sole registered owner of those securities deposited at the DTC.
What is a DTC number used for?
A depository transfer check (DTC) is used by a designated collection bank to deposit the daily receipts of a corporation from multiple locations. Depository transfer checks are a way to ensure better cash management for companies, which collect cash at multiple locations.
How does a DTC transfer work?
An investor can sell directly from its DRS account but transfer agents cannot provide a current price or limit price, thus the securities must usually be transferred electronically from the investor's account with the issuer or transfer agent to its broker/dealer through DTC.

If a reorganization such as a corporate merger or tender offer occurs, DTC handles the transfer of cash and stock to the appropriate investment bank or broker/dealer, which then passes it on to their investors.
