It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents
What do you dislike?
Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
