This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

I bought this to use at work. It's so easy to use and keep documents looking professional. It's nice that it's cloud based so I can use it when working remotely as well. The mobile app is great too. A great resource for a great price.

Impressive features and easy to use. My only gripe is that there appears to be no way of changing the date function to day/month/year, but it's just as easy to enter the date manually

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.

We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

So surprised and happy to find this VA…
So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. How do I fill out a self proving affidavit?

What is self proving affidavit?
A self-proving affidavit, used in most states, is a document that goes along with a will that allows a probate court to easily accept it as the true will of a person who has died. A self-proving affidavit makes it unnecessary for your witnesses to appear in court to affirm your will's validity after your death.
How do I get a self proving affidavit?

Do you need a self proving affidavit?
A self-proving affidavit is a sworn statement attached to a will. The affidavit is signed by the will-maker and witnesses, and it attests to the validity of the will. It is not necessary to include a self-proving affidavit -- a properly written, signed, and witnessed will is legal without it.
Does a self proving will have to be notarized?
A will doesn't have to be notarized to be valid. But in most states, you'll want to make what's called a self-proving affidavit part of your Willard the affidavit must be notarized, which means that you'll need a notary public at your will-signing ceremony.
What is a self proving will in Georgia?
A self-proved will is one that may be admitted for probate without the testimony of the attesting witnesses. A self-proved will is rebuttal presumed to have been executed with the requisite testamentary formalities.
What if a will is not self proving?
A self-proving affidavit can be made at the time a Will is signed, or any time after that before the testator dies. If the Will does not include a self-proving affidavit and the testator wants to add one at a later date, the testator and all Witnesses must sign the self-proving affidavit in front of a notary.
What makes a Will Self proved?
In some states, a will is self-proving when two witnesses sign under penalty of perjury that they observed the will maker sign it and that he told them it was his will. If no one contests the validity of the will, the probate court will accept the will without hearing the testimony of the witnesses or other evidence.
