It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

I am able to send out docs for signing and convert from Word to PDf, would love to learn more!

I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
