A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I am glad to find this product online while doing some search on internet and will continue using it during the free trial period before purchasing paid subscription!

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

Well-designed and functional, user-friendly
I use pdfFiller almost every day for my business proofreading for court reporters.
It's been invaluable, whether I need to save a PDF in a different format (.docx, .xlsx, etc.), combine hundreds of pages or PDFs into one PDF, or quickly edit a PDF.
I searched long and hard to find this program, which unlike other PDF programs I tried (including Adobe), consistently delivers on what I need it to do, is well-designed, functional, and user-friendly.
And on top of all that, support responds almost magically quickly to questions or issues, like I had today, which in a deadline-driven business like mine is invaluable.
