It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.
