I needed to find a template that I could use for Certified Payrolls for a small job we are working on. PDFfiller has helped me meet my deadlines. It made a nice document. The only thing that is challenging is that you have to go line by line instead of having an option to change more than one line.

I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Document Saver
Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. There are so many tools to save you time, for instance, will not have to go to the postal service as often, pdfFiller is here for you! I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

Trusted website and customer priority
I think this is most trusted website I ever seen and customer service and compliant are very much priority for them. Customer service team is very quick and knowledgeable.

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
