I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

What do you like best?
The ability to login anywhere and get work done while I am in the field

I don’t use it every day so sometimes I need the help menu to navigate new documents

The ability to work in the field without carrying a laptop. I can sign documents and send them securely. This mobility allows me the ability to do more work.
