Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

PDF filler is great!
it allows me to update an existing PDF document relatively easy and quick. Love that about PDF filler!
I like how user-friendly it is. Definitely easy to use, even for a beginner! It also enhances the PDF file you are trying to update.
I think every feature within PDF filler should be available to a paying member and not have these tiered membership structures.

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet
This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

How do you affix a company seal?

How do you get common seals?
Common seals are not expensive to purchase and can be obtained from most stationery shops or rubber stamp suppliers. If an association has a common seal the rules must outline who is authorized to use it, the circumstances in which it may be affixed and who will have custody of the seal.
Where do you place a seal on a certificate?
On some documents, especially diplomas and transcripts, the embossed seal is placed near the bottom right-hand corner. Over the years, I've seen numbers of notarized documents where the notary used an embosser and stamped over their signature, which made the signature and the embossed seal hard to read.

Does a company need a common seal?
A common seal is a rubber stamp carrying the words common seal and the name and business number of the business. A company does not need to have a common seal. However, if your company has one, its use requires approval of the board of directors. As a result, it should only be used in select circumstances.
