Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

Lifesaver!!

How are disposable contacts made?
Soft contacts including new highly oxygen-permeable varieties called silicone hydrogel lenses can be made with either a lathe cutting process or an injection molding process. Individually packaged disposable soft contact lenses are economically manufactured with an injection molding process. Lathe cutting.
How are prescription contact lenses made?
Most extended wear contact lenses are made out of silicone hydrogel — a material that combines the water-absorbing plastic of soft lenses with silicone. Adding silicone to the hydrogel plastic creates a lens that stays moist and allows more oxygen to transmit through the contact lens into the eye.
How are contacts made with prescription?
GP contacts are made with a computerized precision lathe cutting process similar to that used for lathe-cut soft lenses. But generally they are shipped dry to the prescribing doctor. The doctor's office then soaks the lenses in a GP contact lens care solution prior to dispensing them.
Are contact lenses custom-made?
Though most custom contact lenses currently are made of rigid gas-permeable lens materials, custom lenses also are available in soft lens materials, including new highly oxygen-permeable silicone hydrogel polymers. A number of contact lens manufacturers offer special design soft contacts for hard-to-fit eyes.
What were the first contact lenses made of?
In 1888, Dr. Pick constructed and fitted the first successful contact lens. However, there were two major issues with Pick's contacts: the lenses were made from heavy blown glass and were 1821 mm in diameter. The weight alone made them uncomfortable to wear, but worse, the glass lenses covered the entire exposed eye.
What are RGP contact lenses made of?
Gas permeable (GP) contact lenses, also known as rigid gas-permeable (RGP) lenses, are hard contact lenses made of silicone-containing compounds that allow oxygen to pass through the lens material to the eye. Though not as popular as soft contact lenses, GP lenses offer a number of advantages over soft lenses.
How are contacts made?
Soft contact lenses can be made in one of two ways: lathe cutting or injection molding. Lathe cutting is a process where small, hard disks of contact lens material are placed on a spinning shaft like a miniature potter's wheel that rotates at 6,000 revolutions per minute and shaped with computerized cutting tools.
Are Contact Lenses Made in China?
