It is extremely user friendly and great to use for both professional purposes.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

So far, so good
So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

What is your username?
Username. Alternatively referred to as an account name, login ID, nickname, and user ID, username or username is the name given to a user on a computer or computer network. This name is commonly an abbreviation of the user's full name or his or her alias.
How do I change my spectrum username?
Sign in to Spectrum.net and then select Settings. Go to the Your Info tab. Select Manage to edit your name, phone numbers or email addresses.
How do I change my spectrum username and password?
Go to Subscriber Self Care and enter your account Email Address and Password. Enter the text in the image, and select Login. Below the User Management heading, select Change Password. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password. Select Change Password.
Can I change my spectrum username?
After you've created a Spectrum.net username, you have the option to create a Spectrum email account using the same sign-in information. Note: A username can't be modified once it's been created, but you can retrieve your username information or update your password and security questions.
