Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

I believe the mobile experience could be improved. It's sometimes confusing when a client is prompted to download the app.

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
