This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.

I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

I had issues at first as connections failed and I lost my documents that I had updated which took me a long time to do. I have had another go and it has worked a lot better.

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

easy to use pdf filler
I use my pdffiller for all my real estate needs!
I like the convenience of uploading docs from the internet
I don't like how files are stored, it requires too much renaming.

I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

What do you like best?
Definitely needed for any business that handles a lot of paperwork. We use it on almost a daily basis to fix or change a document that may have been mis-written and it is very easy to do this with PDFfiller. The ease of use is fantastic, we recommend it to everyone with a business.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were more options to match the color of the page when you erase something. And more font options to match the current font on a document. I also wish it was easy to upload multiple documents to create one solid PDF. That is one thing that I would like to see in any new updates. Also the system could possibly use a style refresh. It does seem a tad outdated looking, but that does not affect its usefulness.

Easily fixing business documents. Very smooth and easy to use. We are able to use this system to edit documents on a daily basis. We love that when you erase something you can just type right where you just erased so it matches the lines perfectly. It also makes it easy to fix boxes and add signature lines. It is also very smooth to upload documents and edit them. Definitely appreciate this system very much and we would recommend it to everyone we know.

Do I get a 1099 for a lawsuit settlement?
The IRS has a keen interest in the tax treatment of litigation settlements, judgments and attorney fees. Thus, any payment for services of $600 or more to a lawyer or law firm must be the subject of a Form 1099. It does not matter if the law firm is a corporation, LLC, LLP or general partnership.
WHO issues a 1099 in a lawsuit settlement?
If the settlement check is jointly payable to the plaintiff and its attorney, the defendant is required to issue a Form 1099 to the attorney under § 6045 as amounts paid in connection with legal services. As a result, both the attorney and the plaintiff receive Form 1099s for the entire settlement amount.
Do law firms issue 1099s for settlements?
Even payments for services to incorporated law firms trigger a Form 1099. Practice varies, but most lawyers do not need to issue a Form 1099 to their client for settlement monies. The reason is that lawyers receiving a joint settlement check to resolve a client lawsuit are usually not considered mayors of the money.
Do you pay taxes on a lawsuit settlement?
Notably, any amount of a settlement payment for damages with respect to personal injury or death is exempt from tax. However, if an amount awarded for damages is held in a deposit account and interest accrues on that amount before it is paid out, that interest is taxable as income.
Do you get a 1099 for a legal settlement?
Recoveries for physical injuries and physical sickness are tax-free, but symptoms of emotional distress are not physical. Many plaintiffs take aggressive positions on their tax returns, but that can be a losing battle if the defendant issues an IRS Form 1099 for the entire settlement.
