It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

How do I Create a query that joins two tables in Access?
Create a union query by using two tables On the Create tab, in the Queries group, click Query Design. On the Design tab, in the Query Type group, click Union. In SQL view, type SELECT, followed by a list of the fields from the first of the tables you want in the query.
How to join two tables in a query?
Using the Inner Join, the tables are combined on the basis of a condition, also known as the join predicate. This condition is applied on the columns of both the tables on either side of the join clause. The query checks all the rows of table1 and table2.
How do I combine two queries in Access?
On the Design tab, in the Query group, click Union. Access hides the query design window, and shows the SQL view object tab. At this point, the SQL view object tab is empty. Click the tab for the first select query that you want to combine in the union query.
