I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

What do you like best?
I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.
What do you dislike?
They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

Experienced user back for more I've used pdfFiller in the past and it has always fulfilled the needs I've had of allowing me to fill in documents just as if I had been sitting at a typewriter (I know I'm dating myself by saying that). The ability to do so and add signatures, save documents to a cloud folder, print the documents when needed, or even have the documents notarized or submitted to the IRS is a major time-saver! The option to record a deed is a service offered by a local government, so the public has notice of the current ownership of property. Also, there is no law that prevents a valid deed from being recorded at any time, even years after the official transfer takes place.
In the United States, the (recorder) of deeds is often an elected county office and is called the county recorder. In some U.S. states, the functions of a recorder of deeds are a responsibility of the county clerk (or the county's clerk of court), and the official may be called a clerk-recorder or recorder-clerk.
Deeds generally override wills in states that recognize common law for their established property laws. The UPC typically allows for the sale of the specifically-bequeathed property, with proceeds going to the intended beneficiary, so the will can override a deed in this scenario.
