It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler was a Game changer for me! All my files are saved as a PDF now, I can sign documents and send back via fax or email to customers. Its also very handy with my touch screen laptop. I use a stylist pen and clients can sign just 1 time and I can use it over the course of all their documents. Clients can come in and sign without dealing with paper and copying. All I need is 1 signature and that's it!!! My whole team loves it, and I have had other Agents ask me what I use, so I have referred several of my friends to PDF FILLER.
What do you dislike?
Wish they had more fonts and color texts. Also it would be great if we could capture a signature and send it in to use. Perhaps a bigger data base for signatures as well, and more documents to be saved. Overall this program is very useful in my line of business. I use it multiple times a day, even on the weekends when necessary.

So much less paperwork! Saves time, money, paper and ink. 90% of my documents are saved on my computer. So no more bulky filing cabinets and paper records. Less $ on ink, and paper which is very expensive. Its actually safer to save to a hard drive anyway. Very pleased with everything PDF Filler has to offer my business.

Helpful. I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for. It was a little tricky to use at first, but quickly figured it out.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

Open Excel and select a workbook. First we have to unlock the workbook, which is typically locked (as a whole) by default. Right click and choose Format cells. Under the Protection tab, uncheck Locked. Press OK. Select the area of the workbook you'd like to protect. Right click and select Format cells.
In your Excel file, select the worksheet tab that you want to protect. Select the cells that others can edit. Right-click anywhere in the sheet and select Format Cells (or use Ctrl+1, or Command+1 on the Mac), and then go to the Protection tab and clear Locked.
Protect a Worksheet from Editing Click on the Review tab on the main Excel ribbon. Click Protect Sheet. Enter the password you would like to use to unlock the sheet in the future. Select the permissions you would like users to have for the worksheet after it is locked.
Open the worksheet you want to protect from viewing, right-click the sheet tab and select Hide from the context menu to hide the worksheet. Click Review > Protect Workbook.
To protect a sheet, select a tab in your Excel workbook, click on the Review tab and choose the Protect Sheet menu option. This option allows for very specific protections of your spreadsheet. By default, the options will almost totally lock down the spreadsheet. Let's add a password so that the sheet is protected.
To set it up, open your Excel file and head to the File menu. You'll see the Info category by default. Click the Protect Workbook button and then choose To encrypt with Password from the dropdown menu. In the Encrypt Document window that opens, type your password and then click OK.
In your sheet of interest, go to Format → Sheet → Hide and hide your sheet. Go to Tools → Protection → Protect Workbook, make sure Structure is selected, and enter your password of choice.
