Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Every single time the system has gotten disconnected due to WIFI issues at my home or because the PDF filler webpage needed to refresh, ALL MY WORK was SAVED. Love it.

Sometimes it is hard to download the document to the computer and takes a couple of tries because of Adobe Flash Player

Great for filling out a pdf loan… Great for filling out a pdf loan application that came to me as a pdf of a photocopy of a document that was appreciably rotated and distorted. Highly recommended.

The card reading company kept declining… The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!
