It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

It seems extremely hard to download a form fillable PDF without paying for a premium PDF reader. I don't have a problem paying money, it's just silly that I have to in 2019. There are so many of them...

I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

I went into your chat hoping to get…
I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

AS OF THIS DAY PDFFILLER IS THE ONLY PLATFORM THAT SEEMS TO DO IT ALL IN A VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD APROACH WITH A LAYOUT FOR THE FIND AND CLICK END USERS. I BY FAR SINCE FINDING THIS WEBSITE HAVE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT GOING ELSE WHERE AND HAVE BEEN USING THIS APLICATION FOR SOME 5 YEARS NOW MAYBE EVEN LONGER. I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. This app is easy to use for new user
This app is easy to use for new user! Especially for a beginner such as myself, the way I am able to navigate and find certain tools is something I've been praying for since I was able to type!! I appreciate the time and effort that was put into making an awesome site like this!!
