I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in".
Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix.
Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

What is a retention label?
Retention labels include the option to declare a document as a SharePoint Record, which means that it cannot be edited or deleted. However, the metadata about a Record can be edited. In this instance, Malcolm isn't setting the label to declare content as a record.

How long are deleted emails stored?
If you've permanently deleted an item in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook on the web (formerly known as Outlook Web App), the item is moved to a folder (Recoverable Items > Deletions) and kept there for 14 days, by default. You can change how long items are kept, up to a maximum of 30 days.
How does a label applicator work?
Label applicators are machines used to apply pressure-sensitive labels directly to product containers, bottles, packages or drums.
