This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

I would like to be able to make sub-folder with in sub-folders. I am going to have hundreds of documents/year, and that would make it easier to organize them.

Once you get used to the typing sequences - it is the bomb!!! DITTO but at first it is extremely frustrating & if do not use it on a regular basis - you always recall the truly pain in the ----- re this aspect.

works, got my document, little squirrely on fill in but I figured it. It takes about 75% more time to fill in, not a seamless experience. If the typing could be done with out having to locate start character, would hlep

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

How easy it is to modify PDFs and being able to protect them

Not being able to upload more than five pages at a time

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

PDF Filler service and support!
The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)
