I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. This is a very handy program to have access to when you need employee signatures, but they work in different locations throughout the country. It eliminates the need for faxes or snail mail.

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

Pleasant PDFiller!
I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do.
Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at.
I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

Sam, on-line support did a great job!
I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.
