As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! My overall experience with this app has been excellent!
So far it has been awesome! Easy to use, many options, and easy to work layout. This app does everything it promises.
I can not think of any drawbacks to this app I have not had any complications or complaints so far and I have been using for a while and quite often.

A "Must have" business software.
I am a partner in a CPA firm. We regularly receive emails loaded with "pdf" attachments. It's a pain to open and print each one. PDFiller makes the process as simple as can be.
Simple to use. You literally drag all your "pdf" files into PDFiller and hit the merge key. Works like a charm, every time.
Really can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful!
It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible.
You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.
With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands.
As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. The sales assistant who I was emailing is named Phoebe. Phoebe made the whole process a breeze and was very polite.

Cost effective and top class customer support,
integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.
