Its OK Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy. I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

What do you like best? Not only is the actual program extremely easy to use, but when i did happen to need support, the guy, Ray, I was connected to was happy to fulfill my every request and in less than 5 minutes had me back to my project. And my issue was requesting my already processed payment for a whole year subscription be returned and only run for a month. I was prepared to argue and be given every excuse out there just to be let go with a bad taste in my mouth and not helped. Boy was I wrong! Ray was super helpful and more than happy to process my request. I was pleasantly surprised. You just don't find customer service reps like this anymore and it's a shame. I was extremely pleased!!! What do you dislike? I don't like that in the Google search it claims to be a free PDF editor but when you get finished with whatever you are working on, mine was 48 pages, before you can save or print the document you are asked to purchase a 1-year subscription. Recommendations to others considering the product: The program is easy to use, affordable, and customer support is top-notch. What more could you ask for?? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used pdfFiller to edit divorce papers I downloaded from the court clerk's website in another city in my state. PdfFiller allowed me to be able to draw up my own divorce papers instead of paying an attorney more than $500 to do it for me. Customer Service Representative, RAY, is a HUGE benefit I have realized.

Document Signing and Editing Issues I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. The WARN Act Requires Employers to Give 60 Days Notice The WARN Act requires that the employer provide 60 days of written notice of the intention to lay off more than 50 employees during any 30-day period as part of a plant closing.
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) has no requirements that a company must give notice to an employee prior to a termination or layoff. However, if an employee is terminated while under contract and is a part of a union or collective bargaining agreement, employers are required to give notice of termination.
Your employer then has seven days in which to either accept your claim or to send you a notice (known as a counter-notice) objecting that no redundancy pay is due. Your employer should only send you a counter-notice if they expect the normal working week to restart within four weeks, and to last at least 13 weeks.
Your Rights in a Layoff In addition to the right to notice under the WARN Act and similar state laws, you have the right to any severance promised in your employer's policies, your employee handbook, or your employment contract. ... If your employer is supposed to abide by WARN laws and doesn't give you the required 60-day notice of a plant closing or mass layoff, then you may be able to sue your employer for laying you off.
Most scheduling laws require at least a 24-hour notice, however. There are also tiers based on if the notice is at least 1 day or at least 7 days advance notice. This fair notice is supposed to allow employees to refuse or accept the changes in the schedule.
The fact of the matter is that, in most cases, employers aren't legally prohibited from telling another employer that you were terminated, laid off, or let go. They can even share the reasons that you lost your job.
If you were laid off as part of a group, mention that in your response. Whatever the reason for the layoffs at your company, keep your explanation brief. ... On your resume put job title, company, and the dates you worked there. If a company has you fill out an application and the application asks for a “reason for leaving,” write: “Laid off.” If it was part of a group layoff, you might add that you were laid off along with 250 other employees.
Being laid off is NOT the same as being fired because it is not considered to be the fault of the employee. It is, actually, the fault of the employer. A layoff is often called a “reduction in force” or “down-sizing” and usually more than one employee loses their job.
