I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.

Can you change apartment after signing lease?
A landlord cannot raise rent immediately after the lease is signed. They must wait until that lease ends. If a tenant signs a one-year lease than after 11 months a landlord typically will issue a rent renewal letter. At that moment the landlord will inform the tenant that the rent will be increasing.
Can you back out of an apartment lease after signing?
No Cooling Off Period Unless such a condition is explicitly stated in the lease or there is a rare jurisdictional law that requires a cooling period, your lease is binding the second you sign your name. The landlord has the right to decide whether to mutually agree to terminate the lease or to hold you to the terms.
Can new management change lease agreement?
We do not provide new leases as state law is very clear that the management company or owner listed on the lease can be changed by proper notice and does not change or modify the terms and conditions of the lease. A slip of paper at the door may not satisfy your state mandatory requirement for proper notice.
