Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

Count the cover sheet as a page when listing the number of pages, so if you are sending a five-page fax you should list six total pages.
Does a fax cover sheet go first or last?
If you want to send legal documents or letters by facsimile (fax), you will generally need to include a fax cover sheet. A fax cover sheet is a page that comes before the first page of the letter or document you are sending and includes information such as: the name of the company the fax is being sent to (if relevant)
Do you dial 1 before sending a fax?
Dial a leading '1' when sending a fax only if you would dial a '1' for a regular phone call.
