pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I wish after doing a merge, it would give me the option to save it only in the main documents page, rather than having to download it.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Best edit pdf online tool
We use it to send out client forms that require a signature. Its much better than sending it in an email because it can all be dealt with online without needing to print, sign and scan back a paper document.
The website is easy to use and makes it easy to find all the features available on the home screen. No need to go poking around in the website. Everything you could want to do to a PDF can be found on the home page.
I have nothing bad to say about Pdffiller. For those that don't want to spend money on the subscription they still offer electronic signature forms.
