How to Work with Advanced Forms

With Advanced Forms, you can set up the signing order for everyone certifying your document. This is only possible with templates. Every template should have several signers.

The signing order is customized for every case and can easily be set up using this feature. The first signer can have the right to share a link with a second, second with third and so on. After all needed initials are confirmed, the creator gets notified through email.

Start with the creation of a template with two or more signers. Add more certifiers using a button with a person and a plus.

Add all signers and add yourself as a Sender. This way you will get a final notification.

Make sure you have not added the signers’ e-mails. Create a Signature Link for sharing.

Use that link to share with the first person to put a signature. The receiver opens the link and can add the emails of all signers. It’s necessary that a receiver inserts a personal email in the Signer 1 field.

After the first user completes the certification, it is necessary for him/her to send an invitation to the next person. Finally, the template creator gets a signed template.
