It has been simple, free, extremely valuable as a meeting planner being able to take copious amounts of data and be able to edit and compile it in one place.

A Great Paperless Office Tool
PdfFiller is offers more than just fillable PDF forms. While there are many other options out there, its features stand and makes my work easy. The best features are that I don't need to have any software installed as it works on devices connected to the internet and I can edit an entire PDF document on the web and download to my PC, even during the free version. PDF forms can also be filled with data from spreadsheets and is integrated with google, dropbox and Microsoft cloud storages, which makes it easy to export and import data.
The form templates don't offer much room for creativity. They are more business structured and limits customization.

How do I limit responses in Microsoft forms?
Select Record name if you want each form response to include the name and email address of the responder. Clear this option if you want to allow anonymous responses to your quiz or form. Select One response per person if you want to limit the responses to one per person.
Can you limit the number of responses on a Microsoft form?
Re: MS Form Limit Number of Responses Hi Corcoran, no you can't do this directly from Forms. All you can do is to use Flow to save the response to a SharePoint list. If the ID is less than or equal to 5 then email accept them, if it's more than 5 send a “sorry.” email.
How many responses can you have in Microsoft forms?
Hi Patrick1218, As Office 365 Education and commercial subscriber, you can receive up to 50,000 responses per single form. If you require more responses, we recommend exporting existing responses to an Excel workbook, and then clearing these from your survey or quiz.
How do I limit responses on Google Forms?
To limit responses, create your form, click on the Add-ons button and select fromLimiter. Next, pick the limit type. If you want to stop accepting responses after a certain time, the date and time is the option to go with.

In Microsoft Forms, once the response is submitted, it can't be edited. If you are the creator of the Form, you can edit the responses once you export it to Microsoft Excel.
