Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

I LOVE IT!!!
I LOVE IT!!!! this tool is so awesome and user friendly. You can't get any better than this. and it shows it is only $8.00 a month, so cheap. :)

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

How do you legally bind a lease?

How binding is a lease?
When someone agrees to rent or lease a property, they sign a lease or rental agreement outlining the terms of the agreement. It is a legally binding contract between the tenant and the landlord that details the rights and responsibilities of each party.
Are apartment leases binding?
In the United States, for the most part, apartments are arranged in complexes or buildings, and are individually rented, or leased out. A lease is a legally binding contract, laying out the rules agreed upon between the landlord or property owner and you, the tenant.
How do I make sure a lease is real?
Dealing In Cash Is A Bad Start. Never Rent Without Having A Look At The Actual Place. Always Sign A Written Lease. Identify The Owner Of The Property. Make Sure Your Lease Identifies The Owner As Well. Sub-leasing Is Not A Great Idea.
Is lease and rent the same thing?
The key difference between lease and rent is their duration. Whereas a lease remains valid for the period of time specified in the agreement, a rental agreement covers a short-term period that is not necessarily stated. For example, you and your long-term partner may sign a lease agreement that lasts one year.
What can make a lease invalid?
The Statute of Frauds in California requires that a lease for more than a year must be in writing. What can void a lease agreement?
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
