PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

I have used other PDF form fillers, but this is definitely nicer and easier to use. I am jumping through the VA hoops to try to get a pension for my brother. PDF filler just made it so much easier. I downloaded all of the forms that needed filled and had them all done in no time. I really like this app.

I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! What do you like best?
I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

very easy to use It is very easy to use, very self explanatory. If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price. I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it. It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. When I chatted with support When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel.
