pdfFiller support - Honest and Prompt
I used pdfFiller with a free trial account because I only needed a single instance use. Product worked perfectly for my needs than I cancelled the account. Later in the month my bank advised of a subscription payment!!!
I contacted pdfFiller support to put my case. Result .... immediate reply from pdfFiller with refund of subscription arranged. Honest and prompt.

Can you embed a YouTube video in a PDF?
It's also possible to include an actual video IN your dyes, that's right, embedding a video into a humble PDF really can be done. That's what we did above. On the Tools pane, select multimedia, video, place your cursor to the desired spot, stretch to form a rectangle, and then browse to the video file and click OK.
Can you embed a video in Word?
Insert online videos that you can watch right in Word without having to leave the document. Click Insert > Online Video. In the Insert Video window, you can search for videos on Bing or insert a video's embed code. When you find the video you want, just click Insert.
How do I save embedded objects in PDF?
Open the desired Word document in Microsoft Word and click on the File menu heading in the top-left corner of the menu bar. Click on the drop-down menu next to Save As Type and choose PDF from the list of file types.
How do you preserve embedded objects when converting to PDF?
Once your Word doc with linked Excel sheet is ready, use the 'export' function under the File menu, rather than 'save as'. Select 'Create PDF/XPS Document' and it will embed the spreadsheet into the PDF.
How do I convert Word to PDF and keep embedded files?

Do embedded documents work in PDF?
Yes, that is correct. PDF (the format/technology) does not support the “embed” technology utilized by Office applications. As a workaround, you can create PDF files from the documents and then link to them from the Attachments' pane as detailed in this article on How to make a link or button to open PDF attachments.
