The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

easy to use
easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
