This is the most useful tool! When i first started using it, I had no idea how much I would later come to depend on PDF Filler! Thanks for making my home business a lot more productive. I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

So Far, so good! I have only used it a few times, but I LOVE the fact that I can fax items. I would like to learn more as I am sure that there are a ton of things that I can do that I dont even know about!

How do I show the field names in a PDF?

How do I add fields to a PDF?
Click the Add New Field option in the right sidebar menu, then click the Text Field option from the New Field menu. Remove your placeholder text and click inside the PDF document where the field will appear. Next, drag the cursor to widen the field to the desired length.
How do I enable rich text formatting in PDF?
Open “Text Field Properties” dialog for the field and select the “Options” tab. Check the “Allow Rich Text Formatting” option and press “Close” button to apply changes. Make sure to use “File > Save” menu to save changes into the file.

Why isn't my PDF fillable?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand.
