Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,
All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Can a deed be changed if there is a mortgage?
Though your lender's security interest isn't ownership in your home, if you change your deed you could affect your mortgage. For example, adding new names to your home's deed may negatively affect your mortgage loan.
Can you deed a house that has a mortgage?
Many houses and other pieces of real property are owned while also having active mortgage loans on them. In fact, you can transfer ownership in your home through a deed and still retain its loan, though trouble with your lender may arise.
How do you transfer a house with a mortgage?
If a loan is “assumable,” you're in luck: That means you can transfer the mortgage to somebody else. There is no language in the loan agreement that prevents you from completing a transfer. However, even assumable mortgages can be difficult to transfer. In most cases, the new borrower needs to qualify for the loan.
