Hard to get used to, and probably a lot of features we are not taking advantage of for lack of know-how, but very reliable and handy. We mostly use it to send for signature.

Perfect Software for Small Business
I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system.
Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images.
Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional.
Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Who is responsible for sealing a container?
Shipper Obligation To Seal: A shipper3 is responsible for sealing, and should be required by law to seal, a container upon stuffing it. The shipper must provide the seal number on all shipping documents.
What is a container seal?
Container seals are door seals that are put on international shipping containers once a shipment is loaded. This seal is meant to stay on through to the container's final destination and is removed by the consignee. A shipping container has two doors and a lock rod on each door.
What is a seal number?
Seal number is the number located on the seal that is used once a trailer is closed physically. Generally it goes in the locking mechanism between the doors.
How many digits is a container seal number?
A sequence of 6 digits where each container belonging to an owner has a unique value. Therefore, each owner code can have up to 1 million containers. Check digit. This single digit is used to cross-verify if the identification sequence is accurate.
What is Seal fee?
What is a Sealing Fee? A 'sealing fee' is sometimes also referred to as a 'discharge fee', 'redemption fee' or 'exit fee'. The fee is supposed to cover the administrative process involved around sending you your deeds and closing the mortgage account.
Who is responsible for sealing a trailer?
The manufacturer shall be responsible for the sealed container/trailer until such a time as the carrier assumes control. Seals are to be affixed at manufacturer point of origin (loading).
