Works as Advertised
I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive
Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

I like that you can go back to a field and edit it or move it around. Signature option is very useful. I also like that the buttons and are easy to find.

Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

This program/software is very user friendly. When I started my 30 day trial, I just couldn't believe how comfortable I felt using this program. I'm very happy with it. I am happy that I was invited to a webinar, this will help me master the program.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

What is the carrying value of a lease?

What does load factor mean in a lease?
A load factor is a metric that compares the amount of space a tenant pays for in a commercial lease versus the amount of space they actually use. The load factor is important because tenants in commercial leases, typically pay for their percentage of a building's common areas.
How do you calculate the value of a lease?
The formula is quite simple – you just multiply the annual lease payment by the present value factor, and that results in the net present value of future minimum lease payments, which is recorded on the balance sheet as the lease liability (and ROU asset).
