I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

No more printing and filling out forms by hand.

I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.

It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

Easy to use, saves time
Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot.

It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. How do I anonymize a PDF?
Open the PDF document. Choose “Tools” and then select “Redact.” Choose Remove Hidden Information and wait for the tool to finish running. If any items appear in the Results, click Remove. Save the file, note that identity information is not removed until the file is saved.
Can PDF files be tracked?
We have found that there is no feasible way to track PDF documents within the file with any, or even most, PDF viewers. However, if your end-goal is to track if your document was opened, who opened it, for how long each page was read and on what device, among others. Then, I would recommend you try Helping.
Are PDF files traceable?
PDFs can also contain hidden information: PDF has also been frequently used as a distribution format for files originally created in Microsoft Office because hidden data and metadata can be sanitized (or redacted) during the conversion process.
How do you censor a PDF?
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
How do I black out text in a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do you blur a PDF?
Step 1: Select your PDF photos. Click on the Add Photos button and select from your computer the PDF photos you wish to blur. Then click the next button. Step 2: Blur your PDF photos. Go the Advanced tab and select Add Effect/Annotation→Filtering→Blur.
