PDFfiller is the best program to view and edit PDF documents. It is a tool for professionals. This program provides efficiency and quality at a very affordable price. Is it worth the investment. The one year package is very good. I recommend it. PDFfiller is a very useful application to send and receive files in PDF format, create refillable forms and sign documents in a very simple way. Its "autocomplete" function makes the job easier. It is a very light software that does not occupy a large space in our team. Sometimes pop-ups become a headache. They are somewhat uncomfortable. How do I lock a PDF form after filling it out?

Step 9 To lock your form so that users can only fill out your form, click the Protection tab on the right side toolbar, then select Restrict Editing. Enter the same password in both fields, then click the OK button to save the password.

How do I lock a PDF form that is fillable?

1 Answer. Select to add a password to “Restrict editing” and then select the restrictions you want to apply. Make sure that you save the file under a new filename after you apply these settings. This allows you to keep your unprotected file and send out the protected version.

How do you flatten PDF, so it Cannot be edited?

Make a backup copy of your PDF file. Open the copy and choose Advanced > PDF Optimizer. Click the Cleanup tab. Select Remove Hidden Layers Content and Flatten Layers, and then click OK. When prompted, save the Optimized PDF with another new name.

How do I lock a PDF after signing?

Choose a Signature from the Sign As menu. Enter the Password for the selected digital signature. Select an Appearance, or choose To create New Appearance. Enable Lock Document After Signing if this option is available.
