Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

Love to just type away and easily fix a mistake. Upon finishing entering the information, print it out for just simple signatures.

Really easy to use
The web interface is really easy to use.
The "wow" feature for me is that you can setup a default signature and copy and paste it on documents as you need.
This has saved me from losing time with some legal documents I need to sign while I'm away.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
