I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

How do you be notified when you receive an email?
Open up the Gmail app.
Tap in the upper left corner and then on Settings.
Select the email account where you're receiving important email.
Make sure Notifications is checked.
Scroll down and tap on “Manage labels”
Why don't my email notifications show up?
Go back to Settings and choose General settings. Select Manage Notifications here and make sure that Mail is set to On. This will take care of in-app notification settings for the Gmail app. Wait for a few hours to see if you are receiving mail notifications.
