Very quick and easy but in the end actually only needed for a one-time use so didn't make financial sense to pay further for 'just-in-case' use.

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

Cost effective and top class customer support,
integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! I suggest that many businesses and anyone else who needs this service sign up for PDFFiller.com. We have been with them for several years now and are appreciative of this service!

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

So far so good
So far so good, I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC at home and at work, I am still on my first day of my 30 day trial of PDFFILLER but I'm impressed so far. I particularly like the library and search features. More to come as my experience develops.
