I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Learning that I can make my PDF documments fillable using PDFfiller is truly wonderful and will save me a lot of time not having to fill in forms by hand and making copies. Instead they can be filled on line, individually named and saved to a designated folder on my computer. AWESOME!!!!

I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

I discovered PDFfiller.com during a Google search. I wanted to fill in a job application professionally instead of hand written. How very nice of them to let me try it for free. I've tried other free services in this same manner and they were just too difficult to work with when I'm in a hurry. With this program, I clicked on the application, it downloaded, and I started filling in my info! No learning curve AT ALL.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Even Adobe editor couldn't help I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.
